Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

We aim to ship goods within three business days of receiving your order using Australia Post . Please note we ship orders on working days (between Monday to Friday) and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. Any orders placed on Australian National public holidays will be dispatched the following shipping day.

 

All orders receive full tracking information. You will receive an email at the time of dispatch so that you can track your order. If you have any questions around the delivery of your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@bubbay.com.au

Preordered Items and Shipping

Please carefully read your order confirmation and our preorder t&c's online. We cannot control when preordered items arrives, however offer our best estimates. Once they do arrive we ship your order immediately. Preorder information can be found on this site.

 

During busy sale periods dispatch of any orders from us can take up to seven business days. Any delays there after, with our post providers are out of our control. The best we can do is track your order with you to ensure your order is delivered and received. We cannot fast track how quickly Australia Post or Sendle deliver orders. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. Rates will vary depending on your location, however we offer the most economical prices possible through our shipping couriers. Economy, standard and express post options are available. 

 

Orders over $150 AUD are eligible for Free Standard Shipping with Australia Post unless stated otherwise on our website. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are displayed before tax. Australian orders incur a 10% GST which will be added on at checkout. International orders are not subject to this charge however your order may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs. Bubbay does not accept any responsibility for any duty, tax or other import costs on international orders.

 

It is a legal requirement for Bubbay to declare the correct value of orders on customs forms for international shipments. We will not, under any circumstances, falsify any information and we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders that may request this of us.

 

 

ESTIMATED PRE-ORDER SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that we will endeavor to source our product from the supplier the moment that an order is placed with us, this can take anywhere from 2 - 4 business weeks* to be delivered to our warehouse. Processing times are usually completed within 1 - 2 business days and post is picked up the very next day. The below table is an approximation of shipping and processing times, once stock has arrived at our warehouse. We are located in Sydney, Australia all estimated shipping times are from Sydney. We will also send all items via express shipping when a pre order is placed.

Preorder Terms and Conditions

 

OVERVIEW

Preorder is an order placed for item/s before they are available for sale online. When you place a preorder the stock is reserved for you and when the product becomes in stock your order will be dispatched. The estimated delivery period will be noted in the description of the product on our website.

 

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

It is the customers responsibility to read the below information carefully before placing an order for a preordered item.

 

At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full amount of the order to secure your preorder.

 

If you order multiple preorder items or if you combine in stock items with preorder items Bubbay will ship your order once the preorder item or items arrive. If you would like for the in stock items to be shipped separately from the preorder item you will be charged twice for shipping or we can ship all items together once the preorder(s) arrive in store. We highly recommend placing two separate orders if you would prefer earlier shipment of in stock items.

 

Please choose your colours and sizing carefully as we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed with our manufacturers. Preorder items are made and reserved specially for you. 

Once your order has been placed you will receive your order confirmation via email. Please also ensure to check your junk mail in case your order confirmation has gone there. 

 

Once the product is available and your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please also ensure to check your junk mail in case your shipping details have gone there. 

 

If for some reason we cannot fill your order due to an inventory or manufacturing error, we will contact you immediately with a resolution. We always want the best possible outcome for you, so you will be able to choose any other item/s from our store at no extra cost to you even if there is a small difference in price. Alternatively we are also happy to offer you a refund or store credit in this instance.

 

Should you need to return or exchange any preordered items standard return policies apply with the exception that the return period is 7 days from the delivery date not from the time you have ordered.

 

WHY IS MY PREORDER DELAYED?

Production delays: We work with multiple manufacturers to produce our products. These factories may experience unforeseen circumstances which could cause a change in our production timeline. These circumstances include but are not limited to supply shortages or events which negatively impact factory staffing (i.e extreme weather or pandemic). 

 

Shipping and customs delays: Weather or unpredictable events such as Covid-19 can cause shipping delays. Customs delays can sometimes prevent shipments arriving to our warehouse on schedule. These types of events can also affect shipments from our warehouse to our customers. 

 

Please kindly note that we have no control over when a preordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. We genuinely try our best endeavours to deliver on time or early, however variables such as the above can cause delays. Bubbay unfortunately cannot offer refunds on preorders due to change of mind or any delays which are out of our control as mentioned above.
