Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

OVERVIEW
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed with original packaging in place. Please ensure to contact us, within 14 days of receiving your order, so we are able to best assist you. If more than 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, which includes the below:
- Order not arriving within the time frame you need due to our post providers. If your order is a gift or for a special occasion we recommend express post. Under no circumstance is Bubbay obligated to refund orders due to delivery delays from our post providers. Once an order leaves Bubbay we have no control over how long it can take to be delivered to you.
- Purchasing multiple items in varying sizes to return the unwanted sizes. Please note at times we offer free shipping if you order over a certain threshold. Returning items, which results in your total order value being lower than our free shipping threshold will incur you being charged for the shipping it cost us to send you your original order.
- We are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange for purchasing the incorrect size. Refunds do not apply for incorrect sizing. All sizing and measurements are provided on our website. We are always more than happy to help you and provide assistance with sizing.
We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as Bubbay cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. Customers must take care of shipping and any duty costs, if they are applied.

FAULTY ITEMS
Any faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for return or refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at sales@bubbay.com.au to arrange a return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for the faulty goods to be replaced as soon as possible. All items must be returned in new condition with the correct packaging and tags in place. A refund will be issued if we cannot replace the item. Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Bubbay, Bubbay reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
SALE PERIOD AND ITEMS
Our sale periods have specific start and end dates. If you have placed an order outside of when our sales start or finish, under no circumstances are we obligated to honour or refund you the difference in your order price or value. If under the rare circumstance you have placed an order within our sale period and the discount has not been applied we are happy to refund you the difference.
Unfortunately sale items or sample sale items cannot be refunded.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
In order to make a return, customers must first contact Bubbay by email within 14 days from the date of purchase in order for exchange, store credit or refund. In order to process your return please email sales@bubbay.com.au with the following information:
- Date of purchase
- Original order number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return, and
- Your preference of exchange, store credit or refund.
Returns must be sent via Registered Post and directed to the address we provide you in email.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@bubbay.com.au.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed we do not accept cancellations by request of the customer. Final acceptance of the order is given by Bubbay and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. Please contact us for further information.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
